	   - If there are any important notices that have to go out,
	     Zephyr messages will be transmitted on CLASS filsrv,
	     INSTANCE dot.mit.edu, RECIPIENT *.  It is your responsibility
	     to ensure you have a Zephyr subscription for this.  To add
	     a permanent subscription of this type, issue the following
	     command:

		   zctl add filsrv dot.mit.edu \*

If you are using the AFS packs, you may also cause the "right thing" to
happen by placing the following lines in your /etc/attach.conf:

filesystem bldge40test-vssys-63B	AFS /afs/testers/@sys/srvd r /srvd
filesystem bldge40test-vsusr-63B	AFS /afs/testers/@sys/urvd r /urvd

This will automatically make the sym links if necessary, inhibit the NFS
attaches that would normally happen if someone were to attach $USRLIB,
_and_ subscribe you to the correct zephyr instances.
