Since /etc/xterm is no longer a file, it should be deleted and
/usr/bin/X11/xterm made the only path by which xterm is referenced.

While it remains /etc/xterm can be copied instead of linked in
/etc/athena/lib/slists/sys_rvd, since the RVD copy is a symlink.
