The problem:
A srvtab is registered with kerberos, but you don't have one
locally. It is a bug that mar says he'll fix. Work around is apparently
to create an entry for yourself in the password file.
Another bug was discovered:
If your hostname cannot be resolved from the nameserver, you
get: "Authentication error: cannot retrieve local host address"
Mark knows about it and will fix.
