I was using workstation w20-575-105 which was running Athena 7.2A
(without being labeled as a test machine, a big no-no, Y/N?) and am
having trouble with xzwrite. Inside the xzwrite window I can read a
message: "Cannot find xzwrite resource file. Click to exit." I am
currently logged into w20-575-101 which is running Athena 7.1H and
xzwrite on that version is giving me no problems, so problem is not
related to my dot files.
Also, in the console window, on the line which corresponds to my
starting xzwrite as a background task from my .startup.X, there was
text that included some phrase like "if zwgc;" that I usually do not
see in there. I can see the need to add borders to the Logout button
window for consistency, but I don't have to like it, do I? I do like
the crossbones cursor that is active when the mouse is in the button,
though. The logout window no longer recognizes the customized text
strings I have in my .Xresources (i.e. things that start with
"XLogout". Would this be related to the newly added "dash" program?
