I believe said memory leak is not only in the megapel server, but it may
be alot smaller no the vax:
Symptoms:
Numbers measured as ps -aux | more
SZ RSS
Went away for a weekend, a logged in remotely three days later: Server
was at:
975 789
Killed X server and waited for it to restart with sufficient time for
xlogin to start:
497 347
After the screen saver cuts in (I guess this is what happening)
700 525
A while later: (I suspect after reactivation)
800 563
After what appears to be reactivation time again:
800 569
It does not appear to happen during the bitmap move operation.
But the machine is not "reactivating" as I'm logged in so this does not
make sense. But it is odd that that timing is very much like the
reactivation timeframe.
