I just noticed this syslog error:
Nov 8 06:38:24 [alecto] vmunix: qv0: Keyboard error, code = b6
I got a lot of them, but was only able to reproduce the error in one,
rather specific, way: At "Press the any key", type ^P, then when you
get the login window, type ^P again. Finally, when the screen goes
black type ^P again.
