#1: Oh well... this is a flaw in reconcile, but it would also be true of
track if things were done as myself.  All the utilities we have to bring
two things in sync with one-another do not bother with symlink
ownerships, nor do they store that information.

#2: Yeah... this could be a problem... I don't yet know what is wrong...
the man pages seem to work, but the cat pages are all bad.  I am doing a
find across the just-reconciled AFS system packs for all zero-length
files...
