   From /mit/afsdev/src/3.0/rcs/doc/man/RCS, we should install
   	pts.1
   	fs.1
   	bos.1
   	vos.1
   	unlog.1v
   	setpag.2
   	tokens.1v
   and possibly others.  Someone more familiar with AFS should see which
   are in any way appropriate.  Also, qjb has an aklog man page.

That's all fine and dandy, but we are not yet up to 3.0... we do not
have a set of sources that can be built by rel-eng... I was out of time.
As I said before, 7.2...

   We should also put pts somewhere in the release, and aklog in the
   release on the root.

7.2, maybe.  7.1 NO!!!  I am just making a declaration now... I have
stated my reasons before, and I am TIRED OF REPEATING MYSELF.  I am
about to put the new "aklog" in /afs/athena/service (it is still
changing, so I am not considering it release-quality).
