I had some questions regarding the Kerberos issues in XP. Who is
the best person at MIT to talk with? Is there any more detailed
information about what the problema are and how they are being resolved
beyond the brief notes below (from http://mit.edu/swrt/kfw/) ...

         Thank you.

Overview
Because of the incompatibility between KfW 2.1 and Windows XP, the Windows
Developement team is working on a new release of Kerberos for Windows, KfW
2.1.1. The KfW 2.1.1. release team will then work to test and quickly
release this software to the MIT community.
Announcements
Fixed compatibility problem with Windows XP
Microsoft shortened the DLL name buffer in Windows XP and that has broken the
Fixed problem of libraries improperly exporting some resolver symbol name
This problem only affected some developers
k524init could not be built by other sites - only effects other schools
We are now providing a version that is statically linked to some Kerberos
libraries as a temporary fix and migration path to a future release
