In the new world, CFLAGS is supposed to be just optimization/debugging
flags, so get rid of this imake-style CDEBUGFLAGS thing.
do_update has been renamed to do-update.
Install the new finish-update script.
Version scripts are named *.*.* now, instead of ?.??.
