Set prefix to /usr/athena.
Shove config files (which aren't really configuration information, as
far as I can tell, especially since they get installed mode 444) in
/usr/athena/lib/sysinfo.
Don't set MAKE; make will do it for us.
We like using a CC variable with spaces; don't pass it to sub-makes,
at least not like we do now.
Support DESTDIR.
