thirdparty-languages: Punt mit-scheme for now.
Since the SRU for mit-scheme on Intrepid doesn't particularly seem to be
progressing, and we want debathena-thirdparty on cluster systems, the
obvious/easy thing to do is to punt mit-scheme until that dependency is
satisfiable. Once that happens, updating this package again isn't hard
at all.
