Log Message:
- Reruns the ATI driver installer after the public workstation verify
runs, in case bits of it were overwritten by an xorg-x11 reinstall.
(See bugs[27225] et alia.)
- Adds code to the ATI driver installer to punt on making changes if
there's no appropriate configuration directory with the new driver.
(See release-77[6051], though this is a cleaner solution than what I
proposed there.)
- Adds some new libraries to our distribution of the ATI driver code.
- Updates the libGL symlinks in /usr/lib as well as /usr/X11R6/lib.
