Remove quilt patch for getcluster since it was applied upstream in CVS.
* athena/bin/getcluster/debian/patches: Remove.
* athena/bin/getcluster/debian/rules: Don't need quilt any more.
* athena/bin/getcluster/debian/changelog: Bump version.
* athena/bin/getcluster/debian/control: Regen (no quilt deps).
