Log:
* third/openafs/src/afsd/afs.rc.linux: Add back insserv headers and
adjust Provides: to match the given name. Remove all the
choose_client stuff and just load the kernel module with modprobe.
* third/openafs/Makefile.athena: Build with krb5 for aklog. Install
aklog. Install the init script in the appropriate place.
