Log:
Configure gdm.
* packs/config/os/linux/dash.desktop,
packs/config/os/linux/default.desktop,
packs/config/os/linux/ignore.desktop: Files to define the gdm
sessions menu.
* packs/config/os/linux/gdm.conf: Modified system gdm.conf. Set
default path and default root path, restart the X server between
logins, disable the reboot and halt commands, point at the
Athena session script and sessions directory, and put user auth
tokens in /tmp instead of in users' homedirs.
* packs/dotfiles/Xsession: Remove .noignore support, and expect the
first argument to be "default", "ignore", or "dash".
* packs/build/prep/athena-ws: Copy in new files.
* packs/build/rpm/specs/athena-ws: Install new files, and add a
trigger to overwrite the system's gdm.conf in the same manner as
we do for other system-owned files.
