Log:
Handle krb5 configuration in athena-ws since we won't have an
athena-krb5.
* packs/build/rpm/prep/athena-ws, packs/build/rpm/specs/athena-ws:
Copy in and handle krb5 config files, logic mostly from the
now-defunct athena-krb5 spec and prep files. Avoid stomping local
mods to krb5.conf when we don't have global changes.
* packs/config/krb5.conf: Add a version specifier. Remove default
keytab specification which depends on an Athena-local feature.
