Log:
Remove libal code from cleanup, as we will be using the native login
system.
* athena/etc/cleanup/Makefile.in, athena/etc/cleanup/configure.in:
Remove libal dependencies.
* athena/etc/cleanup/cleanup.c
(main): Remove sessions reference from command (and fix a lingering
indentation problem).
(get_logged_in_uids): Remove code to read sessions files.
(kill_processes): Comment typo fix.
