Log Message:
Remove the temporary hack (added in the previous revision) which
forced machines to install 9.3 instead of 9.4.
Recognize 9.4 as a valid release.
Use the nologging option when mounting the cache partition.
Allow setuid/setgid bits from the cells we are installing from.
