Changes for 9.4 (corresponding to similar changes to the update):
- Handle platform-dependent package directories in /install/cdrom
(we no longer include the platform suffix in .order.install).
- Set or clear various initial system configuration files, as needed.
- Revert to using a "yes file" instead of the "yes" command to feed
affirmative responses to patcadd, since the command does not
necessarily die on a SIGPIPE.
- Stop copying in the old finish-update rc script (the new finish-update
is in its own "MITcore" package).
