Omit i.none from the package prototype, so that it is not added to the
pkgmap; instead, copy it into the package install directory after
creating the package. pkgadd apparently treats i.none as an exception,
and does not copy it to the package save directory, so installing the
package into a Solaris zone fails when i.none is included in the pkgmap.
