Add our favorite external handlers. Set them to automatically handle
their defined MIME types, to try to minimize user confusion arising
from the poor "Open with" dialog UI (including its resolving all
symlinks in the application path selected in the file browser; see
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=247792).
