IRIX 6.3-specific Makefile, taking responsibility for 4DWm, Toolchest,
crontab.root, fixed.pcf, fonts.dir, group, inetd.conf, services, su,
and system.chestrc. staticroute, webtools.chestrc, and nodelock are
no longer needed.
