Update for 9.4: Stop replacing /etc/inittab, as we are reverting to
the stock version for Solaris 10; stop replacing or removing various
other init-related files that no longer exist in Solaris 10; copy
/os/usr/bin/lp to /usr/lib/print/printd, instead of linking printd
to the /os tree, since the print-cleanup service starts before AFS.
