We need a kernel update on the SGI since rtsymtab was updated. NEWOS
doesn't do anything on the SGI, so punt.
(Why are we changing the 8.1.0 update script after 8.1.0 is out?
Well, anyone who took the update and didn't get their kernel rebuilt
isn't going to be able to take an update now, so changing it here and
releasing the volume is enough.)
