Moved cref.h and globals.h to include/browser
Replaced *argv with argv[0], which is more understandable in context
Added '-C' and '-N' flags for specifying a config file path/name
'-f' flag is more convoluted if '-r' wasn't given, in order for the
config files to DTRT
Prompts are no longer hardcoded.
