You shouldn't use the words "Open Source" in describing this program,
because the license prohibits commercial use of the source code.  A
term sometimes used for this kind of license is "free to use but
restricted".

That's not to say I'm unhappy about this -- this kind of license is
far better than the previous alternative.  It's great to have this
code!  But it's also important not to spread confusion about license
terms.
