I've added a "committed" action to Trac, to indicate that a fix has been
committed but that there's some reason not to upload to -dev or -proposed
yet (feedback required, etc). If you build and upload in the same step,
keep using the {proposed,development} action.
I have also checked trac.ini into RCS. Feel free to move it to whatever
VCS the cool kids are using, but it probably should be under some sort of
version control.
