miki reportedly has instructions from Bob on what j2se packages need
to be installed in the release, although it sounds like there may be a
few details to work out.

On Linux, we can just add the j2se RPM to get a local Java runtime
environment and plugin.

Bob has written a patch to use the plugins from the j2se directories.

Anyone have a reason we shouldn't go ahead with this for 9.2.21?
