mkserv services for Athena 8.0

I just added a symlink for mkserv for athena 8.0 to point at the 7.7
config files. This means that if mkserv is run on an 8.0 machine it
will find all the services a 7.7 machine can (after tonight's
release). The one known exception is that mkserv capultrix will fail
until I get an 8.0 "kangaroo" kernel to install.
This symlink will have to be broken and the config files copied if we
decide to support services for 8.0 that we don't support for 7.7 (eg,
print or discuss for the sun).
