Who should be the official Sun source contact?

Sun, in addition to asking for a legal contact for the negotiation of
the Solaris Source license has asked for a technical contact.
I'd like help in deciding who to write down for it. I see three most
likely candidates:
Bill Cattey -- traditionally the point person on such issues.
Miki Lusztig -- current Solaris platform expert
Garry Zacheiss -- someone who has expressed interest in taking on more
Solaris platform responsibility.
My recommendation is that we go with Garry, but I'm not gonna make it
official till I hear from:
Miki
Garry
Phil
jweiss

to either confirm this as sane, or to recommend a different person.
Note, that if it takes too long to sort this out, I'll sign myself as
the contact and change it later.
So you should just drop me a note and say a quick, "yea", "nay", or
"wait till I think about this more".
