Message-ID: <002001c0a18e$cabbb0e0$43029812@GUTTENBERG> From: "Phillip Long" <longpd@MIT.EDU> To: "Bill Cattey" <wdc@mit.edu>, <release-team@mit.edu>, <owls@mit.edu> Date: Wed, 28 Feb 2001 09:00:22 -0500 Bill: I figured that the integration was likely on the software side, but I wanted to make sure that no one was wasting time on stuff that the vendor should have done. Let me know if anyone has suggestions for alternate platforms to look at. I'm not suggesting that we should rush out and make a change just because Dell screws up orders now and again. There is no guarantee that the next vendor will do any better. Rather, if there are choices people would like to look into, due diligence to insure we're not overlooking something now and again is a good thing. phil ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bill Cattey" <wdc@MIT.EDU> To: <release-team@MIT.EDU>; <owls@MIT.EDU>; <longpd@MIT.EDU> Sent: Tuesday, February 27, 2001 10:00 PM Subject: Re: Plan for Athena 9.0 and GX150 > Thanks for communicating with Susan. > > I have no idea what other vendors we should look at. > I'll ponder it.
