packmbox lived in a part of MH 6.8.3 which doesn't seem to have
survived in nmh. This is the first I've heard of it.
We can probably put it back. Is it important that it live in
/usr/athena/etc (that is, is the help desk referring to it by full
path) or can it live in /usr/athena/bin where it more rightly belongs?
