Good morning,
This message only applies to users running the "debathena-workstation" metapackage on Ubuntu 10.04.*
To find out what metapackage you're running, type "machtype -L" at the shell prompt of your workstation. To find out what version of Ubuntu you're running, type "machtype -E". Users who are not running "debathena-workstation" or who are not running Ubuntu 10.04 through 10.04.3 may disregard this message.
An incorrectly configured debathena-auto-update package was pushed out to workstations around 11:30pm Monday night that may have caused workstations to stop taking updates. The error was discovered and fixed around 4:30am Tuesday. To ensure you have the latest version of the automatic update package, please type the following commands, _with root privileges_:
apt-get update
apt-get -y install debathena-auto-update
Upon successful completion of those commands, your workstation will resume taking updates automatically.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
