Because I put all of the skull virus cleanup stuff into the 8.2.0
version script, and it would be nice to ensure that that cleanup is
run after the root password is changed, to prevent any possibility of
re-infection.
As for the time stuff, I'll try to get you some information, but "I
keep gettign distracted by other things like named.
