Athena patch release 8.1.14 is scheduled to go out for both platforms
on the evening of Monday, November 10. The changes are:
* verify-message is back, and should actually work. (This
means we can take away the version in /srvd/patch at some
point.)
* krb5 rlogin and rsh connections will check a .klogin file if
there is no .k5login file.
* A buffer size was expanded in the lpr subsystem, to make
life easier for ops.
* On Solaris, a bug was fixed which caused public workstations
to clobber the value of NETDEV in the rc.conf file.
