Kip & Ceci,

John and I reviewed our current levels of effort for printing with
the help of the shift leaders. We currently esitmate a total of
3 EFT for printing related work. This breaks down to 1 EFT in E19
for printing & print distribution, .75 EFT each for first & second
shifts, and .5 EFT for third shift. This covers printing, stock
management, post processing, shuttle and distribution.

3 EFT is 25% of the total support staff headcount. To calculate the
actual costs, I'd suggest you take 25% of the SWEB (salary, wage & employee
benefits) for the DOST support staff, OT, shift differential, and
voucher salaries. Additionally, to account for John Doherty & myself,
we usually allocate our salaries across the work of the support staff. So,
you might want to also add 25% of Lambert & Doherty's SWEB into the
total cost.

Holler if you have questions.

-Dave
