After reading Dave's mail it sounds like we need to set up three chron jobs
that should run monthly.
The first to create the print breakdown by user.
The second to create print breakdown by destination (printer)
The third to archive the accounting log
The accounting logs reside in the following directory:
/var/pd/plunder/accounting.logs
The actual log names are:

The format of the pdaccount command is:
pdaccount -t {all,user,destination} -s '00:00:00 mm/dd/yy' -e '00:00:00
mm/dd/yy' plunder (servername) >/directory/filename
root, rclarke, and durland can perform this command from any directory
The archive process is simply a move command:
mv E19-IP60.accouting.log.v1 /1prt2000
We need to remember that once the log has been moved to another directory
the pdaccount command will no longer work against it. However the data in
the log looks very much like the result of the pdaccount -t all command.
The results of the pdaccount command for user, will need to cleaned up,
tallied, have the account numbers associated, and ship it off to sap.
