This note confirms the new model for how we'll proceed with our
work and meetings. We'll be separating the two wings of the project
more than the past by using the Monday meeting slot for business
modeling efforts and the Thursday slot for the technical work.
All teams members are welcome to attend both meetings. However,
the meetings will be focused on the topic as noted above. Mary Ellen
and I will attend both meetings, and we'll take responsibility for
coordinating the two efforts. We'll continue to use a single email
list for discussing both topics. This restructuring of the way we do
our work should speed up our ability to deliver the goods sooner.
