1/31
1. Brought Mike up to date on progress while he was on vacation.

then we should describe a worst case scenario.
3. Include in our array of models: the i-data model and outsourcing.
HOMEWORK:
Work on current business model. Kip/Cecilia
Draft the architecture built on Athena Print Services. Mike
2/3
1. Meetings schedule: w/revert to original schedule of Mondays, 3-4:30pm;
Thursdays, 1:30 to 3pm
2. FSS/CAO Project Plan. Gill Emmons needs to factor our printing solution
into her SAP project planning. Dave - can you clarify this?
3. Operating systems acceptable to Integration are Sun Unix, VM, and
Digital Unix. Our favorite model so far uses AIX or NT.
ACTION ITEM: Dave - goet on Integration's agenda. Take Mike and/or
Rocklyn with you.
4. Still no clear statement on the need for or the degree of security.
ACTION ITEM: Dave - go through SMAzary to get a meaningful response from
Jeff Schiller
5. GUI issue. Operator's may like a GUI interface, but developer's prever a
command line interface for greater flexibility.
6. Business modelling. Cecilia and Kip are getting the numbers together.
ACTION ITEM: Kip/Cec. determine WBS timeline for finishing current
business model
7. Next Gartner teleconference topics:
Validate the Moore model.
What are the issues with it?
Substitute Xerox printers in the Barr system version?
Any other architectures to suggest?
What are the pros and cons of running APS in parallel with the
Moore model? (not sure if I got this one right - MEB)
ACTION ITEM: Dave, get Rocklyn the page/line print count by month by printer.
