Rocklyn,
I am going to paste the sections I have questions and comments about into
the email so that my use of word2000 doesn't break you guys on back level
versions of word on the macs.

Authenticated Secure Access via Java Clients
Both operations and system administration staff need to perform the
following functions via the Java client.
· Display and "Manipulate" Queued Files for Authenticated Users by:
· Manage Print Devices for Authenticated Users by:

These functions must be performed in an authenticated manner. Our current
strategy for doing this is to invoke the Java clients via a secure xterm
through an SSH administered "tunnel".

WHAT? This is not clear.

Should it be: Both operations and system administration staff need to
perform appropriate functions via the Administrator and Operator Java
clients, in an authenticated and secure manner. Our current strategy.......

I have just made the changes here:

Desktop (End) User Browser Functions
· submit a file (without port monitor on desktop)
· display the list of all queued files (not just the owner's files)
· display file information on the owners' actively printing file
· delete owners' file(s)
· move owners' file(s) to another logical destination
· cancel owners' actively printing file (is this possible?)

On the submit above the owner information for the file should be coming
from the authentication/certificate in the browser not the windows nt login
information.

I think that about covers my issues. Great job on capturing the afp
resource issue!
