Here's the board work we did today, Lynne. Rocklyn is researching
the issue we discussed around authentication of the submitting server
on the behalf of a user of that appl server. Let's plan for the
three of us to meet briefly tomorrow. I'm available all day except
9-10am & noon-1:30.
WHAT WE NEED (high level)
Authentication at the User Level for:
file submission via desktop KLPR
file submission via desktop browser
file submission via an application server such as SAP and authentication
of the submitting server
Display and "Manipulate" Queued Files for Authenticated Users by:
file owner via browser
help desk types via browser on behalf of file owner (can we agree to
this interface instead of the client)
operations staff via Java client
sys admin staff via Java client
Manage Print Devices for Authenticated Users by:
operations staff via Java client
sys admin staff via Java client
