I think this is appropriate despite the prior work on the BAR. The
BAR effort was really focused on current and future functional
requirements. The discovery team did not focus on the current
supporting business model. As an example, the BAR doesn't state
how many staff support printing services nor did it address the role
the Support Process plays in today's printing services.

I've dredged up some prior thoughts regarding the structure of our
work - maybe breaking off the business modeling work from the
technical aspects of the project. I'll discuss my rough ideas with
Rocklyn on Monday during our two-way meeting on the WBS & timeline planning
efforts. We'll probably want a team discussion on this soon to
maximize our efficiencies for getting the work done. Stay tuned to
this channel...
