There's something screwy with it's physical connection to the mainframe.
Fran & I were reviewing potential sources of the problem yesterday.  He
was going to check the machine's conrol unit address setting.  I'll
try to follow up with him today.

What's preventing the update to moira?  Seems like this should be a simple
request to someone...
