Mike,
Normally I would go thru our marketing rep, Phil Muolo, to find the
appropriate person at IBM. However, in a prior email exchange, Phil
mentioned the local person supporting Infoprint Manager is Jeff
Banta. You should be able to reach Jeff at 781.895.2295 or
jeffbant@us.ibm.com. I've never dealt with Jeff - so, no promises
on the quality of his expertise.
Phil's out of town until the 14th. I plan to touch bases with him
when he returns.
