Just my two cents. I'm not sure why DOST is saying they weren't notified
of the pending h/w deliveries given Pete's note and several informal
discussions I've had with DOST.
At this point in the process, it seems most appropriate for ASST to perform
their standard work in coordinating the h/w installation. And this
appears to be happening just fine IMHO...
