Since my e-mail prior to August, there have been various discussions
regarding who will be responsible for installation/maintenance (i.e.
ongoing Service work) for IPM.
Rocklyn is the main person doing this type of work as part of the
Delivery Team and he has agreed to continue this in the short-term. At
this stage, there are still questions regarding scope and level of
technical expertise required. Both Peter and Rocklyn say that we should
know more in the coming month(s) as IPM is implemented. This does need
to be resolved by the Delivery Team before it gets handed over to
IT/Service.
Rocklyn has agreed to keep the service issue in mind as he works on
implementation. He will come up with a proposal for a service plan.
Hope this helps and that it accurately reflects the current situation.
Let me know if there's more I need to do regarding this issue.
