No, I don't think so. I reviewed the quote and it does not mention Support.
Will you ask Banta about Support or let me know the kind of support we need
and
I can contact Phil M., how much and the different options (ie 7x24 etc) make
sure he "cc s" the printdel email so we can discuss during our next meeting.
If you need me to followup with Banta I will.
