Outlined the contents for a "Current Cost of Printing" document. Cecilia
and Kip have started this. The document will include the following costs:
1. Costs of consumables have already been rounded up.
2. Cost per page per printer in two views:
	-duty cycles
	-current number of pages per printer
3. Cost per printer for current printers based on current average use.
4. Cost of printing software - subset of software offered through HESC
(Higher Education Software Consortium).
5. Cost for the portion of the mainframe that handles printing.
6. Cost of disk storage space for AFP: the queue, software storage,
electronic forms storage.
7. How these costs are distributed over major customers/business units -
expressed as percentages.
8. Perhaps a list of small pieces that don't deserve to have costs figured
for them.

ACTION ITEMS:
Rocklyn:
1. Compile the list of HESC software we use.
2. Figure what part of mainframe cycles are used for printing cycles.

Dave:
1. Begin to gather information on future trends, changes in volume, from
Gil Emmons, Jim Morgan and others.
2. Pursue Xerox for another model.
3. Pursue Moore for other models.
