I need to determine support costs and EFT for supporting the IPM program
product. It would help to see an Operational Support Plan which describes
the expected activities that are forseen.
In addition to the AIX operating system support, and the IPM program
product installation and update support, there are probably other
activities/skills that are envisioned. For example, setting up queues,
queue manipulation, setting up transforms [e.g. Postscript input to 'XYZ'
output], configuring printers. Are there any form design and development
requirements with this product?
If/When management of the SAP network-based print queues comes to pass,
what activities are associated with this? setting up print queues, setting
up printers, development and maintenance of special MIT kerberos code?
